This grip is (almost) perfect. It’s size and overall dimensions are perfect, the 19.5° grip angle is ideal for those of us who use a more modern shooting technique with our elbow tucked in tighter at your side, which allows you to better square up your stance and get more of your weight behind the rifle, allowing for better control in driving the rifle, both under recoil & during target transitions. The texture is also excellent. My only wish is that THRiL offers a Gen 2 slightly more premium version with a rubberized overmolding and a bottom storage compartment plug!! I’d happily pay $30+ for that configuration in a heartbeat!!
I own three of these RTG grips. I rank them number one but very close to a BCM Mod 0 as the best out there. This grip absolutely stays grippy when wet but its not uncomfortable when dry. It fills my hand perfectly and for me, it just gets the job done.
Fits well. Great shade of FDE. ;)
Such a good looking grip. For some reason it looks slimmer in pictures but it does have some meat on it. Great texture. I haven’t screwed it in yet but it doesn’t appear to be flush, just ever so slightly off. Not a big enough deal to prevent me from buying another, and it could fit better once properly installed.
Better than most.
Grip angle is great. Stippling is excellent and not too aggressive. Beavertail is perfect and improves hand position. It isn't excessively long. The trigger guard area makes a smooth transition with no rough spots. Overall, the best ergonomics I've seen yet, period. Now I have the task of switching over a dozen or so AR's to my new favorite grip. :-)
Fantastic grip much better than any stock grip I’ve ever held in my hands you definitely will not drop your weapon it stays put in your hands perfectly
Was not to excite, yea another grip, but this one is angled right at the stippling is spot on for the price, I’ll e ordering more of them.
Honestly my favorite grip. I've used A1, A2, bcm, griffin, ergo, tangodown, B5, reptilia, and various magpul grips. I like more vertical angle grips. I especially like the reptilia and B5 grips, but the b5 is much larger than I need and the reptilia is just slightly smaller than I'd like. The RTG is a perfect shape and angle, and also has excellent texture. I kind of wish it had a watertight battery compartment in the grip like bcm does, but I'm sure omitting that feature keeps it more lightweight and inexpensive.
